Congratulations on purchasing a number from Exclusive Numbers. We are very pleased you have chosen to be a part of this exciting purchase. Below you will find important information, which you need to read in order to help you finalise the process.

The SIM card provided will expire within 6 months if not used. We therefore ask that you make at least one chargeable outgoing call every 3 months in order to keep the number active, otherwise the number will expire. 

The SIM card provided is to be registered to you; this can be done by logging on to the account and changing the details from Exclusive Numbers to your name. Please follow the steps applicable to you:

To change ownership:

1. Visit www.giffgaff.com/auth/login

2. Enter the mobile number as the user name and the temporary password provided

3. Click on My Profile & Settings

4. Change all relevant details (Name, Email, Password, Address)

(The verification code will be sent, as a text message, to your new number)

To Top up:

1. Visit www.giffgaff.com/auth/login

2. Enter the mobile number as the user name and the password

3. Scroll down and click on ‘Top up’ then follow the instructions

(Alternatively, you can top up by voucher, simply dial 43430 from your handset and follow the instructions. You can use an o2 or giffgaff voucher. A maximum of £30 at a time)

To Add Data/Bundles:

1. Visit www.giffgaff.com/auth/login

2. Enter the mobile number as the user name and the password

3. Scroll down and click on ‘Buy Goodybag’ then follow the instructions

(Alternatively, you can add a Goodybag, by simply dial 43430 from your handset and follow the instructions)

If you are transferring the number to a new/existing contract or simply want to change network providers:

1. Go to www.giffgaff.com/auth/login

2. Enter the mobile number as the user name and the password

3. Click on My Profile & Settings, then click on take my number

4. A PAC code will be issued starting with GGF******

5. Provide the PAC code to your new/existing network provider. The transfer usually takes 24 working hours; however, it could take up to 48 working hours.
